For the rest of your life

We are happy to announce that for the second year running we have been awarded the accolade of being:

The Best Resort for Health and Rejuvenation in India.

The award was part of the 2013 CNBC Travel Awards, and the award ceremony took place in Mumbai in June, with Shri Prithviraj Chavan, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, as the guest of honour.

As last year, our Managing Director, Altaf Chapri of ABC group, was present at the proceedings to represent the hotel, while Mr. Jayan, our General Manager, collected the award from Vivian Dsena, the well-known media celebrity.

We would like to thank all our hardworking and dedicated staff for their vital role in contributing to this honour, and we look forward to continuing to extend our unique brand of caring hospitality to all our guests in the coming season.
This hospitality is becoming known world-wide as 'The Neeleshwar Effect' and was recently praised by leading UK magazine Country & Town House.

An article in the August 2013 edition hymned 'this near- perfect haven of peace and pampering' and 'cottages designed and built along the traditional fisherman's thatched huts but each one with enough comforts to keep a five-star hotel groupie enthralled'. 'The Priya Spa was also singled out for providing ease and calm while all in all, the hotel was deemed 'wonderfully and deeply relaxing - you'll leave like a zombie'. Come and join us!

"Neeleshwar is hybrid of a boutique hotel and an Ayurvedic wellness centre. Its 18 palm roofed villas are scattered across the sand, their porches cooled by spinning ceiling fans, and at the rear of each is a large outdoor bathroom with a tub set in a small walled garden. At the seafood restaurant, tables spill out into the beach, freshly draped in new combinations of linens for each meal: turquoise and pink or deep orange and violet."
