Rates are valid for both Indian and Foreign nationals.

Kindly send the voucher at least 45 days prior to check-in.
All payments for FIT & GIT should be made 40 days prior to check-in, failing which booking/s will stand cancelled without any notice.
Check-in 1200 hrs and check out at 1100 hrs.
One tour leader free on 15 paying pax.
Group rates will apply after 15 paying pax.

Rates are exclusive of the Government taxes; please add 19% taxes on special rates and 19% on meals. Taxes are subjected to change as per the Government policy.

Resort will be closed for general maintenance for the month of July.
No reservations will be taken with check out on the 24th or 31st of December
A voucher will be required for all the bookings From 20th Dec – 16th Jan and 1st – 25th Feb, will be required 75 days prior to check in.
For all reservations from 20th Dec – 16th Jan and from 1st – 28th Feb, we will require 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance amount minimum 60 days before check in, which would be non- refundable too.
For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the hotel should receive the voucher/deposit within 48 hours of making the reservation, failing which the reservation will be released without prior intimation.
Date change will be considered as no show.
